Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Department: Engineering
Reporting to: Projects Director
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.

About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll collaborate with our Engineering team to deliver a diverse range of capital and maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing tenders, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our commitment to safety, security, and environmental standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse costs for tenders and contracts
  • Procure subcontractors and manage order documentation
  • Monitor variations and produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports
  • Assist in budget development and ongoing monitoring
  • Support strategic project planning and execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement

Essential Requirements:

  • HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Construction-related degree
  • Experience within an airport environment
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and standards
