The Recruitment Co are looking for Ad-Hoc Receptionists to work a variety of ad-hoc and short term assignments with their clients across Dundee.

Duties:

  • Greeting customers.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Engage with visiting customers.
  • Helping customers navigate through the building.
  • Supplying customers with refreshments.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous administrative/reception experience desirable.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Adaptable to meet the needs of each employer.
  • IT literate.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.
