Join The Recruitment Co. as a Recruitment Consultant at our well-established award winning Belfast branch based in the City Centre to service a desk that supplies staffing solutions to our public sector clients within Northern Ireland.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Associate in Belfast will include:

• Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
• Sourcing applicants, matching to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
• Working to KPI’s
• Following client specific policy and procedures
• Project management of special case assignments
• Ensuring complete client and candidate confidentiality
• Candidate management and welfare checks
• Best practice administration and record keeping
