We’re on the lookout for a couple of Recruitment Consultants to join our team in the North West.

This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, career-minded, ambitious and hungry individuals to join our multi-award winning recruitment team!

Recruitment Consultant Salary:
up to £30,000 basic salary dependant on previous experience + uncapped commission and End of Year bonuses plus monthly incentives

Hours of work as a Recruitment Consultant:
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (temp) or 9am – 6pm (perm)

About the Recruitment Consultant role:

• You’ll be liaising with a variety of businesses, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing efficient and effective solutions
• You will interview candidates both face-face and by video technology to fully understand their skills

• You will operate in 360 capacity, managing both clients and candidates
• You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
