Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Taunton
Salary: Up to 26K per annum + an incredible bonus scheme which is uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Duties:

• You will operate in a 360 capacity, liaising with a variety of businesses and candidates
• Matching job seeker with their ideal role
• Registering suitable candidates
• Calling new businesses
• Door knocking on new business
• Arranging meetings with new business and existing
• Managing relationships with current & new clients

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn
• Good communicator
• Confident on the telephone
• Able to handle difficult conversations
• Proactive
• Someone who is driven and wants to thrive
• Team player but also able to work on their own
