Length Of Comtract – Up to 25 Weeks

Working for An Coimisinéir Gaeilge, the post holder will take primary responsibility for preparing the documentation required to support the recruitment of the staff team tasked with delivering the Commissioner’s primary aim of enhancing and protecting the use of the Irish language by public authorities in the provision of services to the public or a section of the public in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

As Recruitment Coordinator your duties will include:

· Supporting An Coimisinéir Gaeilge across all stages of the recruitment process.

· Developing high quality Candidate Information Booklets for vacant posts.

· Ensuring that job vacancies are disseminated across An Coimisinéir Gaeilge’s website and social media channels, as well as via appropriate job boards, print media, and any other relevant recruitment platforms.

· Contribute to recruitment campaigns and related activities.

· Assisting with internal and external events, representing An Coimisinéir Gaeilge at events to attract potential talent.

· Liaising with managers and recruitment and selection panels to coordinate interview logistics, including availability, meeting rooms, interview packs, and virtual Teams calls when required

· Delivering timely and professional communication to candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.

· Developing, maintaining and updating an applicant tracking system with accurate and complete candidate information.

· Collecting and securely filing all required candidate documentation.

· Prepare and issue offers of employment and contracts to successful candidates.

· Communicate new starter information to relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

· Generate and present monthly recruitment KPIs.

· Perform any additional duties as required by management.

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate must have at least two year’s experience in a similar role and ideally be fluent in Irish.
