The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bolton.

This role is a full time temporary opportunity to support with our busiest season of the year. This is a busy role and requires someone who is able to prioritise workload and complete tasks efficiently.

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours a week

The duties involved are below

• Screening potential candidates
• Sourcing for available roles
• Processing payroll
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Complete paperwork relevant to candidates required documentation
• Ensuring all candidates and clients are compliant for the branch.
• Answering calls and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
• Typing up job adverts and posting on relevant channels to drive candidate attraction.
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Managing holiday and P45 requests.

Skills

• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and develop in the role.
