We are recruiting a Recruitment and Selection Team Leader to join our clients team in Armagh

£15.88 per hour
Temporary – Immediate start
Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Location: Armagh

We are recruiting an experienced Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Team Leader to lead a dedicated recruitment team within a busy Health and Social Care (HSC) shared services environment. This role is key to ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality, efficient, and compliant end‑to‑end recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Lead and manage a recruitment team to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services within SLA and KPI targets
  • Allocate and oversee workloads, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Resolve escalated recruitment issues and liaise with senior stakeholders as required
  • Support, train, and develop staff through performance management and coaching
  • Produce accurate management reports and dashboard data within strict deadlines
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and equality‑compliant recruitment processes
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvement, and system development
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including absence, redeployment, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, files, and HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legislation, governance, and audit requirements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HSC customers and stakeholders

Essential Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • A relevant university degree or professional qualification and 1 year’s experience in recruitment within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
    OR
  • 3 years’ experience working in a recruitment environment within a large, multidisciplinary organisation

In addition, applicants must demonstrate:

  • Experience of leading or managing a team in a target‑driven environment
  • Previous customer‑facing experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
