Job Title: Recycling Advisor
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £26,621 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours a week

Our very well established client in Weston-Super-Mare have an exciting opportunity for a Recycling Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role is based at their Weston super Mare Offices but will require frequent travel across the North Somerset area for which a business-use only vehicle will be provided. The role is initially for a 1-year fixed term however they would consider making the role permanent and would sponsor relevant qualification to develop the successful individual’s future within the Company.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A passion and enthusiasm about environmental issues
* Demonstrable experience within an educational, environmental, or communications-based role; successfully influencing outcomes.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills inc. presentation delivery
* Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade a wide range of audiences in changing behaviours to benefit both best value and environmental performance.
* An aptitude for research, collection of data and action planning
* Experience of producing and analysing reports specifically utilising MS Excel
* A full driving licence and flexible working approach
