Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Midlands & South East
£45,000 + Car + Bonus

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our sales activity in the [Midlands and South East area. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives within the region.
• Setting sales targets and performance goals for the team.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute regional marketing campaigns.
• Travelling within the region to meet with clients and support the sales team.

Who will you be?

• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and the midlands and south east market is a plus.
