The Recruitment Co. is recruiting for A Restaurant Manager & Supervisor to join our clients hotel based in the Llanelli area. Paid Weekly!

Salary: To be discussed

Hours of work: Full time 35-40 hours per week/ Days/ Various Shifts/ Split shifts : Able to work days, evenings and weekends / breakfast shifts 6.30am-2pm, Evening shifts 6pm-10pm

Contract: Permanent

The ideal candidate will have/be able to:-

• Serve and attend to customers needs
• Organise staff rotas & training
• Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Previous relevant experience in restaurant management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Able to deal with complaints in a effective manner
• Works calmly under pressure ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly at all times.
