About Us:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Brighton as Customer Service representatives. As a Customer Service member, your role is pivotal in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will build strong relationships, address customer queries, and promote our retail and online products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Take and process bets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of shop presentation
  • Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused
  • Comply with Social Responsibility duties, promoting safe betting practices
