Job Responsibilities:

• To assist and support the Store Manager with the smooth running of the store and to achieve maximum sales.
• To ensure that all staff are aware of all Company procedures, policies, rules and regulations and that they are adhered to at all times.
• To make sure the store has the highest standards of presentation
• To ensure all audit requirements are met
• Ensure that daily targets are met
• Deal with a range of customer queries
• To be customer focused at all times
• To ensure all staff fully and efficiently carry out instructions and work in a safe manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Ensure the store’s cleanliness & presentation standards are met

The Person:

• Experience of working within a customer focused role
• Experience of working within retail environments
• Ability to work in fast paced environments
• Strong knowledge of managing “short life” products (ideal but not a necessity)
• Comfortable leading staff members
