We have a fab opportunity to join an established and professional Company in Blackpool as a Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator salary is £22000-25000 dependant on experience

Sales Administrator hours are 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

• Ordering new vehicles via the manufacturer’s system
• Progress chasing new vehicles awaiting delivery
• Entering all the required vehicle details into the Kerridge system
• Checking the details on the delivery manifest against the original order for all
• Receiving action requests for work to be carried out or accessories to be fitted on the vehicle
• Carrying out Experian & VMC checks
• Raising cheques to cover outstanding finance on customers’ part exchanged vehicles
• Creating a vehicle sales file
• Creating the sales invoice
• Receiving customer’s insurance documentation & arranging vehicle taxation
• Acting as second line inbound telephone response
• Undertaking general office duties, filing and administration
• Compiling & submitting reports & information relating to the Buying, stocking & sales of vehicles

The company is looking for the next Sales Administrator to preferably have experience within the motor trade, if not, very good sales administration experience, have a great personality, team mentality and have a great work ethic.
