Sales Executive – Blackpool

  • Basic salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience with an opportunity to earn (OTE) of up to £50,000 commission.
  • Sales Executive hours of work – 8.30am – 5.00pm – hybrid working available
  • Pension
  • Onsite free parking
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Sales Executive – The role:

  • Be able to act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Effective in building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Happy to maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Work with the sales team and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Enjoy developing a thorough understanding of the products.
  • Happily research and find prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Available for international travel for meetings and Trade Shows in Europe, USA and globally.
  • Ability to speak and write in German or other European languages is preferred but not essential.

Sales Executive – The person:

  • An ambitious salesperson
  • Ability and confidence to talk to lots of leads / existing customers every day.
  • Social skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • Right attitude to enjoy closing a sale and working to targets.
  • Strong work ethic and lots of resilience.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Pro-active and be able to take the initiative.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce.
  • An understanding/experience working within the sports industry – preferred but not essential.
  • An interest in golf – preferred but not essential.
