My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for a Sales Letting Agent to start immediately on a permanent basis.

Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as they will be required to use a company vehicle to visit different properties.

Duties:

  • Create leads and carry out sales on market appraisals.
  • Deal with both residential sales and letting of properties.
  • Increase company market share on properties across different postcodes.
  • Attend lettings valuations and market appraisals.
  • Arrange viewings with applicants.
  • Take photos, create floor plans and list property details online.
  • Attend viewings with applicants.
  • Negotiate and agree sales on properties within your portfolio.
  • Full training on systems will be provided.

Base Salary: £22,000 – This is negotiable. OTE of 35k +
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
