The Recruitment Co are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager (Consumer Electronics) to join our clients expanding team. A world-leader in electrical consumer products.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 plus 0.2% commission of new sales / turnover.

Shifts: Days (world wide travel involved)

Overall Job Purpose:

To Generate CE sales in the UK market and to assist with customer acquisition and revenue growth and to develop marketing plans that expand the company business.

Key Responsibilities:

• To liaise with the management team and China Sales Team in gaining sales for the UK electronics sector.
• Required to help and assist the EU Sales Director, generating more business for the UK facility, in both the Television and monitor business as well as other display product sales.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism whilst representing the company.
• Required to travel both in the UK, Europe and Asia to generate a customer base and target specific models and lines in accordance with sales plans from China.
• To Market and produce reports to highlight strengths and weaknesses in the marketplace and suggest methods of improvement.
• Develop and manage key accounts of retailer / wholesale customers,
• To follow and maintain working relationships from the company in order to secure orders and future business.
• Record all meetings and contact with clients and circulate to senior sales / management level.
• To comply with expenses guidelines for Travel, Accommodation out of pocket expenses set by the company.

Experience Required:

• Ideally 3 years Consumer Electronics sales experience, preferably in the TV industry
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Good communication skills (Telephone manner, interpersonal skills etc)
• Experience in driving and promoting sales v targets
• Willing to travel overseas.
