The Recruitment Co are currently searching for a Sales Consultant for our ever growing client to join their small team in Chapeltown, Sheffield – S35.

Our client deals with all aspects of buying and selling property. Our client prides themselves on developing and growing their to reach their full potential.

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external clients to offer a quick turnaround on services; you will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure you deliver a service in a timely and efficient manner. You will be able to build client relationships, and manage numerous cases at once.

This is a Full Time Permanent position.

Hours:
Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:30pm

Pay:
£19,000 (OTE £26,000)

Main Duties:

• Hit targets and goals that are set for the sales of houses
• Manage clients from the initial appraisal request
• Write up reports that include recommendations and evidence to support this
• Answer calls and build client relationships
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Keep IT systems up to date and maintain correct storage of information
• Liaise with third party vendors and supply to provide a range of services
• Chasing stakeholders to ensure all work is completed
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors
