The Recruitment Co are currently looking for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients in Bury. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an ever growing sales team; you will work as part of a team and help towards achieving growth and success.
This role is a temp to permanent vacancy however depending on the applicant and experience may be able to go into a permanent role straight away.
Hours
Contracted working hours are 37.5 hrs per week. 08:30 – 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 15:45 on a Friday.
Pay
£30k-£35k
Main responsibilities
- Validate Customer Support needs using all communication methods such as mail, telephone.
- Understand and identify the correct request category when dealing with customers. queries.
- Create customer quotations in SAP.
- Preparation and management of special price agreements using SAP.
- Deal with customer purchase orders as and when required.
- Provide support for the country sales team when facing technical or commercial queries.
- Providing administrative support to staff.
Experience required for the role
- 3 years or above relevant experience in sales administration or a customer support role.
- Must have experience using SAP.
- Education level: Diploma in Business administration or equivalent preferred.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads calmly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask (logging queries while speaking with customers)
