The Recruitment Co. are glad to be working with a leading Water Hygiene and Water Treatment services provider. Our client are looking for a Scheduling Manager to join the growing team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year DOE
Working pattern: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Work Location: Newry/ Hybrid
Role Overview:
To supervise tasks throughout the planning phase of contract delivery, collaborating with essential stakeholders to coordinate and execute scheduled activities, both planned and reactive, in line with contractual and internal Key Performance Indicators .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule field team activities using company systems, including contract set-up and timely completion of reactive tasks.
- Coordinate with Schedulers to ensure subcontractor adherence to contract SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional Schedulers for efficient site runs, and liaise with Account Managers for task specifics.
- Work with Field Operations Managers to allocate suitable resources, conduct regular audits, and maintain annual task/resource planners.
- Provide support for performance and operating results production, taking full responsibility for accurate and timely month-end submissions.
- Perform any additional duties as deemed appropriate for the role..
Essential Criteria
- Third level qualification or relevant level of experience
- At least 2-3 years’ management experience gained in a scheduling/planning role.
- Strong IT skills with full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable
- Third level education in a business related or facilities management discipline.
- Previous experience managing works within the Facilities Management sector.
- Logistics, planning qualification.
- Full driving licence.
