Senior Project Manager- Digital Operations

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join a leading Digital Operations team, delivering complex ICT projects that support health and social care services across Northern Ireland. Posts may become available over the next 12 months across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex ICT projects and programmes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop business cases and identify technology solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered using recognised project management methodologies, including PRINCE2.

Essential Criteria

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) with 3 years’ project management experience in a major organisation, or 5 years’ relevant project management experience.
• Experience leading an ICT project valued at over £100,000 or a complex workstream within a larger programme.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing staff.
• PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Full UK driving licence or access to suitable transport.
