Job Title: Service Advisor
Hours: 42 hrs per week ( Must be flexible to work 1/2 weekends.)
Example of working hours: 7:30am – 5pm Or 8am – 5:30pm – Saturday working hours 7:30 – 1pm
Pay Rate: £11.51p/h Paid Weekly!
Location: Stockport SK1
Temporary for 12 weeks ( potential opportunity of the position going permanent based on your performance / attendance)

Responsibilities:

• Main duties of the role will include meeting and greeting service customers, booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT.
• Co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre dealing with Customer enquiries.
• Also daily preparation of job cards, up selling, 24/48-hour pre calls, follow up on service customers and general administration tasks so we are seeking a candidate who is IT literate.

Requirements / Experience:

• You must have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player.
• Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
• Well organised
• IT literate
• Is able to work within a fast paced environment.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible to work 1 out of 2 weekend shifts
