The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent Service Receptionist for our client based in Forfar

Pay: £25,000

Location: Forfar

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Every Second Saturday 8am – 12pm

Contract: Permanent

Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for all inbound customer correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Typing up of invoices for customers
  • Providing Quotations
  • Taking Payments
  • Booking in services

Required Skills:

  • High level of customer service skills
  • Competent in Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural industry
  • Works well in part of a team
  • Highly organised and can manage own workload effectively
