The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Service Team Leader on a permanent basis for their client based in Dundee

Pay: £30,000 – £35,0000 (DOE)

Location: Dundee

Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours Per week

Duties:

  • Mentor and coaching a team of 12 staff members
  • Monitoring inbound calls to ensure staff are dealing with all calls efficiently
  • Ensuring all team members are achieving their KPI’s daily
  • Taking escalated calls and handling complaints
  • Monitoring of Sickness and absences
  • Supporting with any recruitment within the Team

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Call Centre environment would be an advantage
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Works Well in Part of a Team
  • Strong Administration / IT Skills
