We are currently seeking a full-time Temporary Shared Services Support Officer for our Public Sector Client in the Armagh area. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail and be able to work off their own initiative
Admin experience is essential and previous call centre experience would be advantageous – these roles will be first point contact roles in the communications team in RSSC with telephone and email management.

This role is 37.5 hours per week between Monday -Friday.

Rate of pay £11.11 per hour

Duties include:

1.Act as point of contact for all customers and clients ensuring that all queries/

issues are cascaded up to the relevant person, if appropriate.

  1. Provide high quality administrative support to respective service area ensuring

the effective operation of systems and procedures.

  1. Input, process, monitor and validate information effectively in a timely manner

ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  1. Assist with the analysis and monitoring of information/statistics.
  2. Collate information and assist with the preparation reports, documents and

proposals for senior staff within the service area as well as routine advice,

guidance and assistance as required.

  1. Contribute to the compilation of relevant protocols and procedures for service

area.

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of relevant systems within the

service area.

  1. Ensure that stationery stock levels are maintained, replenished and stored

securely.

  1. Ensure a continual high standard of service is provided to all staff, customers,

members of the public and suppliers.

  1. Continually seek to improve the service delivered within your service area by

committing to attend personal development training, demonstrating a team

work ethic and embracing change.

Essential Criteria:

  1. 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification

OR 18 months relevant experience in a clerical / administrative role.

2.Candidates must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in the use of information technology to include Microsoft office as a minimum

2.Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload to set timelines, as well as work on their own initiative and with others in a team.
