Summer Scheme – Mid and East Antrim Location.

We are currently recruiting Summer Scheme Staff to join our client in Larne, Ballymena and Carrickfergus

• 21st July – 8th August(no holidays will be approved during the 3 week period)
• £13.26 per hour
• Summer scheme staff

Essential Criteria : The successful candidate must have :

1. Minimum of entry level, essential skills and qualifications in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy

2. Must have a coaching qualification in sport(s), physical education, or a teaching or Youth Work Qualification

3. Applicants must have experience working in Holiday schemes and / or experience in assisting in the development and implementation of a large-scale activity events

4. Must hold a full current driving license or have access to a form of transport

Job duties include:

Support the Programme Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a fun, educational and stimulating programme of activities as part of a Mid and East Antrim Borough Council Holiday/Programme Schemes.

Work in partnership with the professional coaches and trainers to deliver a programme of events

Assist the Programme Coordinator in the development and implementation of a structural programme of supervised indoor and outdoor activities including day trips, across a variety of sporting and non-sporting themes.
