Join a leading building materials company as a Supervisor in Naunton. Our client continues to grow every year and is expanding their team with some excellent long term career and progression opportunities available.

Shift:
7am till 5pm- Mon to Fri

Pay rate:
£34-38k annually

What you will do:

• To comply at all times with Health and Safety rules and procedure.
• To oversee and manage the smooth running of the production process on a daily basis.
• To organise your team according to skills to meet production targets within desired timescales
• and within product specification, minimising waste.
• To ensure individuals are working optimally in order meet safety standards and daily production
• requirements

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a high output production environment.
• Experience in problem solving to achieve production goals
• Good management skills
• Communication skills at all levels
• Understand and manage H&S

This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start.
