Looking to make a splash in your next role? The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting Casual Swim Teachers to deliver swimming lessons across Mid & East Antrim.
Locations: Larne, Carrickfergus & Ballymena
Pay: £20 per session

About the Role
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll play a key role in helping people of all ages and abilities develop confidence and skills in the water while promoting health, wellbeing and water safety across the community.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Deliver engaging and high-quality swimming lessons
✅ Provide swimming opportunities for all members of the community
✅ Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different groups and abilities
✅ Work closely with Duty Officers to ensure successful session delivery
✅ Set up and maintain equipment safely
✅ Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
✅ Support community, school and club-based swimming initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures
Essential Criteria
Recognised Swimming Teacher Qualification (Level 2 ASA, STA or Swim Ireland)
Minimum 1 year’s swimming teaching experience
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, or access to suitable transport to fulfil the duties of the role
