Technical Inspector 37 hours per week | Temporary 3-Month Contract | £19.32 per hour

We are recruiting for a Technical Inspector to join the Asset Strategy Management team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience in building inspections, contract management and compliance.

Key Duties:

• Carry out site inspections and assess construction works.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards and specifications.
• Monitor contract performance and support NEC contract management.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues within project deadlines.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or a related discipline, with appropriate industry experience; or
• Significant equivalent experience in a building construction environment.

Applicants should have experience in:

• Construction legislation and building standards.
• Construction site inspections.
• Technical report writing.
• Contract management and problem-solving.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong IT skills.
• Full driving licence or access to suitable transport.
• AccessNI Basic clearance.
