The Recruitment Co are looking for Telephone Research Admin
Remote work
SHIFT PATTERN/HOURS
*Days: Mon – Friday 9-5
In order to work from home you will need:
- Laptop/desktop computer.
- Internet Access (Broadband)
- A quiet room with no disturbances, allowing you to adhere to GDPR.
- You will need to use your own mobile phone to make calls.
JOB ROLE:
You will be making outbound calls to legal professionals, conducting surveys on behalf of our clients. This is NOT a cold calling sales role, this is customer research. You will need to be able to build rapport and work in a professional manner.
- You will always work from a scripted survey
- You will need to take accurate notes
- Full training will be given
- Managers/Supervisors will always be available for help and advice
- Quality is monitored remotely
- You are paid by the hour
SKILLS:
- You must be polite with excellent communication skills and must love talking and listening
- Call Centre Experience – desired (but full training will be given)
- GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent
