Job Role: Telephony Admin Officer
Pay: £12.36 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Belfast, BT2
Hours: 37 Hours a week, Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday
Length: 51 Weeks (With Possible Extension)
Job Duties:
As a Telephony Admin Officer in Belfast, your responsibilities will include:
- Effective call handling and delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills.
- Building rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Working within and contributing to a team environment.
- Working accurately within specific deadlines and achieving targets.
- Utilizing basic IT skills/computer literacy and being open to learning new systems.
- Maintaining organization with good time management skills.
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic with a desire for personal development.
- Maintaining excellent attendance and timekeeping.
Please note: These roles are full-time and office-based. Working from home may become available in the future.
Essential Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
- 5 GCSEs including both Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent).
- Basic Access NI Check.
