Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer – Telephony Officer

Position Details:

• Location: Lisahally
• Rate of Pay: £11.99 per hour
• Start Date: 02/10/2023 (Full registration required)
• Duration: 51 weeks
• Hours: 37 hours per week, various shifts between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturdays
• Main Duties: Telephony-based role focused on answering calls promptly, collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls within agreed timescales, ensuring a high level of availability.
• Thrive in a pressurized telephony environment by promoting resilience and teamwork.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Build rapport with colleagues and customers to provide outstanding service.
• Work harmoniously within a team, meeting deadlines and targets.
• Possess basic IT skills with an eagerness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Essential Criteria:

• 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English (Proof required at the time of application).
