Location: Belfast City Centre
Duration: 51 Weeks with the possibility of an extension
Hours of Work: The Post is based on an 8am to 8pm working pattern Monday to Friday and a requirement to work every fourth Saturday 9 am – 5 pm. Jobholder will be
required to work a variety of patterns between 8am and 8pm. 37 Hours Per Week.
Rate of Pay: £12.36 Per Hour
Main Duties:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong call-handling attribute
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets
Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
Organised with good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent work ethic with a desire to personally develop
Excellent attendance and time keeping.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths & English graded A to C or the level 2 equivalent (Must supply evidence).
- Successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
