Are you experienced in Administration and Customer Service? We are looking for a Tour Coordinator to join our team in FY4 Blackpool

Tour Coordinator salary: £23,675 + excellent bonus and annual salary increase

Tour Coordinator hours: 37.5 hours per week within the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday

What will you be doing as the next Tour Coordinator:

  • Work with the customer to understand their requirements and develop their Tour
  • Ensure ticketing confirmations and accurate creation of the appropriate tour confirmation
  • A Tour coordinator must develop and maintain excellent customer service to all clients and build rapport
  • Ensure regular communication with clients in a timely manner
  • Use feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Resolve any tour related issues
  • Keep an updated awareness of company products and destinations
  • Ensure profitability of the tours through accurate and efficient route coordination
  • Provide pre and post tour support for the clients

What we are looking for in the next Tour Coordinator:

  • Previous Telephone based customer services and administration experience
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage a portfolio of clients at different stages of the booking process
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Strong IT literacy and administration skills with experience of using MS Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resilience and the ability to work at pace and handle peaks and troughs in both volume and pace of work
