The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Trainee Surveyor for their client based in Dundee on a Permanent basis.

Pay rate: £25,000 – £35,000

Location: Dundee (Covering the Tayside Area)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm

Contract: Permanent

Day in the life of a Trainee Surveyor:

• Carry out surveys in domestic, local authority and social housing properties
• Prepare comprehensive reports using word templates, work schedules, plan drawings, and estimates on excel templates
• Presenting reports
• Service branch enquiries relating to property defects

What we are looking for:

• Full UK Driving licence
• A graduate in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience working within the construction industry
• Willingness to learn, take instruction and learn on the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
