Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a VAT/Personal Tax Assistant to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

VAT/Personal Tax Assistan salary: 22k – 23k Weekly Pay Every Friday (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working hours: 9 – 5 Monday to Friday (35 hours a week – 1hour lunch )

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements (Limited company accounts and Self-Assessments)
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Reconciling bank statements
• Assist in financial services tasks
• Handling bookkeeping tasks

Required Skills / Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Strong numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good organisation skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• AAT Level 2 or above (Desirable)
• Bookkeeping (Desirable)
