About Us We are a niche Creative Media Agency specialising in strategy, brand development, digital marketing, social media, animation, photography, and video production. Our team of talented creatives collaborates to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that help our clients achieve their commercial objectives.
The Role As a Video Editor / Motion Creative, you’ll work closely with our Company Directors to conceptualise and create innovative video content that aligns with our clients’ brand identities. You’ll play a key role in driving film projects and digital campaigns from concept to delivery across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Ideation: Develop and produce unique video concepts that communicate our clients’ brand messages effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into your work.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all video content aligns with our clients’ brand values and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Coordinate with external agencies as needed to complete projects on time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team and a diverse range of clients to understand their requirements and deliver video content that meets their business objectives.
- Communication: Clearly articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Motion Software Proficiency: Create content using Adobe Premier; knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
- Camera Equipment and Shooting: Ability to create shot lists and operate camera equipment for video shooting is beneficial.
What We’re Looking For
- A third-level education qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in video production or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premier; knowledge of After Effects preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
