The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a large number of Order Pickers for a large retail distribution company based in Harlow, CM19.

Duties include:

Order Picking
Chill work
Loading
LLOP driving
General Cleaning in the warehouse

All candidates will be trained in house on the LLOP trucks so please only apply if you are happy to be trained on the LLOP

Also, candidates will be given the opportunity to train on the Reach FLT truck

Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial however training can be provided.

We have the following shifts available:
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
7am-7pm
7pm-7am

The company are open 7 days a week, but we can offer flexible working where you can pick the days / shifts that you want to work, so candidates can work anything from 1 day a week to 6 days a week if they wish.

Pay Rates:

• Basic Pay for Order Picker / LLOP – £10.45 ph
• Multi Skilled Operative (Once trained on Reach FLT OR IN DESPATCH) increase to £12 – all candidates will be offered the chance train on the Reach truck
• Night Premium: £1.57 per hour extra whilst training and then £1.65 per hour once trained
• Weekend Premium (between Saturday 12am and Sunday 11:59pm) – £2 per hour extra
• Bank Holiday Pay for Order Picker / LLOP – £15.68 per hour
• Bank Holiday Pay for Multi Skilled – £15.68 per hour whilst training & £18 per hour once trained
• Overtime After 37.5 hours (Paid After 12 weeks service) – Order Picker / LLOP £15 per hour & Multiskilled £18 per hour

There is also an hourly bonus scheme based on pick rates – this ranges from £0.05 to £9.00 per hour depending on pick speed.

The top Pickers at the company are earning approximately £38,000 a year due to their pick bonus, so that opportunity is there if you learn to pick at a fast pace.
