The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Supervisor or our client in Whitefield
We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will help them to deliver the highest levels of customer service and operational effectiveness to their customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of Supervising in a busy warehouse environment and working accurately and to the highest standards.
You will be working closely with the Team Leader to formulate work plans and ensure effective management of the workload.
Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule & Book Goods Inward
• Organise picking of Bulk orders
• Accurate checking of orders
• Oversee P.I counts including adjustments
• Liaise and plan outside storage requirements.
• Oversee & liaise with other departments
• Deliver the financial objectives of the business.
• Hands on role

Key requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• An ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner.
• Good organiser.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Lead small teams.
• Flexible and professional attitude.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work additional hours at peak times including weekends, October to December.

Hours

• 7.30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday
• 2 x 15 min paid breaks, 1 x unpaid 30 min break.

• The annual salary is £27000 -£30000 depending on experience
