My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a small team within the logistics industry, and you must hold a Forklift licence.

Duties include:

• Managing between 6-8 team members on back shift
• To instruct, coach and develop your warehouse team
• Dealing with day to day issues on site, problem solving in an efficient and timely manner
• To demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels, reporting any issues to senior management
• Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to identify areas of improvement
• Ensuring daily KPIs are met from the team to achieve the company targets
• Stock allocation and stock investigations
• To complete basis site inductions for new starters
• The role will be physical and hands on, and will include manually moving products and daily use of forklift trucks
• To ensure your team is working safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations on site

Salary: £30k

Hours: Mon-Fri, Backshift

Role: Permanent, Immediate start for the right candidate
