The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Warehouse Team Leaders for a large retail distribution company based in Harlow, CM19.

The Team Leading duties will be:

• Checking that all agency workers have signed in out correctly
• Discussing KPI data with the Account Management team and address any performance issues
• Site walk arounds / familiarisation prior to inductions
• Dealing with agency worker issues – eg pay issues, holiday bookings etc – and reporting these back to the Account Management team

Other Duties include:

• Order Picking
• Chill work
• Loading
• LLOP driving
• General Cleaning in the warehouse

Candidates will be trained in house on the LLOP trucks.

Must have previous warehouse experience.
Previous Team Leading experience would be beneficial, however training can be provided.

We have the following shifts available:
Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm
Monday – Friday 11pm-7am
7am-7pm 4 on 4 off
7pm-7am 4 on 4 off
Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm
Saturday & Sunday 3pm-11pm
Saturday & Sunday 11pm-7am

Pay Rates:

• Basic Rate: £11.45 per hour
• If you have a Reach licence or once you are trained on the Reach truck: £13.00 per hour
• Night Premium: £1.57 per hour extra whilst training and then £1.65 per hour once trained
• Weekend Premium (between Saturday 12am and Sunday 11:59pm) – £2 per hour extra
• There is also an hourly bonus scheme based on pick rates – this ranges from £0.05 to £9.00 per hour depending on pick speed.
• The top Pickers at the company are earning approximately £38,000 a year due to their pick bonus, so that opportunity is there if you learn to pick at a fast pace.
