Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Do you have a passion for helping others achieve their goals? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Work Coach to join our team in Enniskillen. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals seeking employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from the Front Office of the Job and Benefits Office to assist claimants in securing and maintaining employment suited to their needs.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews to guide claimants in job search and work preparation activities.
• Emphasise the use of the claimant’s online Journal for tracking progress.
• Provide regular advice, coaching, and support to empower claimants towards self-sufficiency.
• Outline claimants’ responsibilities, highlight consequences of non-compliance, and explain the sanction process.
• Build strong relationships with external delivery partners to enhance support for claimants.
• Deliver a professional and effective service that meets the needs of a diverse claimant base.

Training Requirements

Mandatory training is required, with no leave permitted during the training and consolidation period. At least one day of training will involve travel to another area.

Essential Criteria

• 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (Grade A–C), or equivalent Level 2 qualifications.
• 2 A-levels in separate subjects.
• Successful candidates will undergo an Access NI check.
