Position: Work Coach (EO2)
AO Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Hours of Work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
Start Date: 21st July

Job Duties:
The Work Coach provides providing regular advice, guidance, coaching and information to our claimants, empowering them to become, where it is feasible, self-sufficient in their journey towards work, better work or increased earnings.
The Work Coach’s role is to offer the right choices and support to meet the needs of all our customers. With a broader range of claimant groups, it is vital Work Coaches have the skills and knowledge to deliver an effective, proactive and valuable service.
Please note full attending is required during mandatory training and consolidation. Training will involve travel to another site.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)
- 2 A-Levels as a passing grade in separate subjects
*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration*
