We are currently recruiting for an x4 EO2’s for our client based in Belfast, City Centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £14.93

Key Responsibilities:

• As an EO2 you will have a number of staff to manage, this work consists of accuracy checks on SPT stencils completed by AOs, holiday requests, SAV checks, flexi checks and general work queries.
• You will complete accuracy checks on AO’s work, which include CoC for SSSC and Ben Cap and also Initial referrals (100% of Initial referrals are checked). Whereas a percentage check is completed on CoCs depending on the experience and level of accuracy of the AO.
• E02 checks are similar to that of the AOs initial checks, verifying the calculations and use the notes on the UC Build to verify the dates, claimants personal contact information and tenancy ID.
• Once you have verified the stencil, you will place it in the pass folder for the AO to send to SPT to be processed.
• If you find an error with the AOs work, you leave a comment explaining the error and place the check into the AO’s failed folder. This is then corrected by the AO and I re-check and then pass the work, ready for submission to SPT. “

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

• 5 GCSE’s including maths and English & 2 A levels (Proof of certs required)

• Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to use own initiative.
