X4 EO2’S WORK COACH KNOCKBREDA BELFAST.

We are currently recruiting x4 EO2’s for our client based in Belfast, Knockbreda. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 3^rd November

Rate of pay: £15.83

Duration: 1/25/2026                             

Hours of work: 37

Key Responsibilities:

The Work Coach provides providing regular advice, guidance, coaching and information to our claimants, empowering them to become, where it is feasible, self sufficient in their journey towards work, better work or increased earnings. The Work Coach’s role is to offer the right choices and support to meet the needs of all our customers. With a broader range of claimant groups, it is vital Work Coaches have the skills and knowledge to deliver an effective, proactive and valuable service. Please note full attending is required during mandatory training and consolidation. Training will involve travel to another site.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

• 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
• 2 A Levels (Proof of certs required)

• Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
