Cordant People Recruitment partner with Centrepoint charity to provide support to young homeless people

Cordant People are extremely excited to announce the start of our partnership with the youth homelessness charity Centrepoint.

Centrepoint are a leading UK charity who provide accommodation, health support, life skills and opportunities to get young homeless people back into education, training and employment.

Cordant People have set a fundraising target of £10,000 for 2019 which we aim to meet through various events happening throughout the year.  Starting in April, Natasha Douglas our Senior HR Business Partner is running the London Marathon to raise money for Centrepoint.

Alongside fundraising events, Cordant People’s Managing Director Kelly Kendall has pledged to make a donation for every Permanent placement made with a fee over £1000 and says “Centrepoint are a phenomenal charity and an excellent partner for Cordant People, not only are we able to support such a worthwhile cause through fundraising activity but we are also exploring how we might volunteer some of our time using our skills and experience as recruiters to help some of these young people become job ready alongside providing Traineeship opportunities within our business”.
