24,000 OTE 50,000

Huddersfield (Trident Business Park)

Hours:

09:00am – 17:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Do you have experience of working within a B2B environment? Are you experienced when it comes to effectively managing and growing existing and lapsed clients? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients based in Huddersfield and this could be the perfect opportunity for you,

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and managing a portfolio of accounts within either the IT or appliances category.
• Serving as the key point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maximising all business development opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Conducting phone-based account building activities using extensive existing leads, including current and lapsed customers, online inquiries, and in-bound calls from our business customers.

• Confident, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customers.
• A natural flair for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Passion for technology and the ability to advise business customers effectively.
• Drive, resilience, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.
• Experience in Account Management, Sales, B2B is a great advantage.
