Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Audio typist in Craigavon
Hours of work Mon-Fri (30hpw) 4 days per week

Rate of pay £11.45 per hour

Duties include:

  • Audio Transcription
  • Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
  • Maintenance of filing systems.
  • Processing mail.
  • Processing and collating information.
  • Taking and relaying messages/information.
  • Dealing with a range of queries

Essential Criteria (The below must be clearly demostrated on your cv)

  1. a) 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification)

OR

  1. b) NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification)

and

  1. c) 1 year’s administrative /clerical experience.
  1. Experience in using Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/OUTLOOK or equivalent packages.
  2. Typing experience or typing qualifications
