Your Responsibilities:

As a Bid Writer at Leading Engineering Firm, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your tasks will include:

• Managing and developing comprehensive PQQ/ITT responses within specified deadlines.
• Maintaining a repository of PQQ and ITT responses, incorporating Lessons Learned.
• Crafting responses tailored to our defined audience, incorporating local knowledge, evidence, and best practices.
• Providing structured format and quality assurance to ensure concise and meaningful information.
• Collaborating with the team to review and amend draft bids.
• Ensuring bid submissions undergo internal quality assurance and governance processes.
• Managing the bid pipeline and updating timescales as necessary.
• Supporting the organization with information management and feedback analysis.
• Assisting the team with Technical or Policy Writing when required.
• Providing training on bid process, structure, and quality.
• Offering support to Business Development as needed.
