Our client, based in Stirling is looking for a Temp to perm, full time and also part time
Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will have existing experience in a
similar role and the ability to demonstrate being efficient and organised.
Fully remote role working between Monday and Friday
Part time – 20 hours
Full time – 35 hours
Duties
? Ensuring SAGE is kept up to date and records are accurate
? Reconciling accounts monthly
? Prepare monthly financial statements using Excel / SAGE
? Assisting with the processing of supplier payments
? Assisting in handling telephone and email enquiries from clients
? Providing accurate and helpful information to other members of staff in a timely
manner.
Requirements
? Accounting: 2 years ESSENTIAL
? Bookkeeping: 2 years ESSENTIAL
? SAGE Account Software knowledge/experience
? Knowledge of using P and L (Profit and Loss) spreadsheets
? Knowledge or Using Trial Balance spreadsheets
? Experience with VT Software
? Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
? Attention to detail, reliability, and good organisational skills are essential Excellent
communication skills
? A detail-focused person who can demonstrate the ability to organise their work
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Willingness to be a team player
? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
Salary: £22k up to £26k – pro rata depending on roll
